When you fill out a contact form, book a discovery call, or subscribe to our blog, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any message content. We also collect information about how you arrived at our site (UTM campaign parameters) to understand which outreach efforts are effective.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, schedule discovery calls, and create lead records in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365). UTM data helps us understand which marketing campaigns are performing well.
Analytics
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our site through session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity does not collect personally identifiable information. We also use Google Analytics 4 to track page views and site usage patterns.
Cookies
Our analytics tools (Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics) may set cookies to track site usage. We use session storage (not cookies) to persist UTM campaign parameters during your visit. Session storage is cleared when you close your browser tab.

Lead records in our CRM are retained for the duration of our business relationship and as required by applicable law. Analytics data is retained per the default retention policies of Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics.
